Lars-Peter Kamolz has studied Medicine at the University of Vienna, Medical School, Vienna, Austria (M.D.). Moreover, he has studied Quality and Process-Management at the Department for Knowledge and Communication Management at Danube University in Krems, Austria (M.Sc.). He is a Board-Certified Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgeon (ÖGPÄRC). In 2012, he became Professor for Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Division of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery, Department of Surgery, Medical University of Graz and Head of the Division of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery, Department of Surgery, Medical University of Graz, Austria. Furthermore, he is the Head of the Research Unit for Safety in Health and Deputy Chief Medical Officer of the LKH-University Hospital in Graz. Since 2018 he is also the Director of COREMED- Cooperative Centre for Regenerative Medicine, Joanneum Research Forschungsgesellschaft mbH, Graz, Austria.

Nureddin Ashammakhi(Biography)
Dr Ashammakhi has completed his PhD in 1996 from Helsinki University and Surgical Diploma form Edinburgh in 2000. He led research into biomaterials as Professor of Biomaterials Technology in The Institute of Biomaterials, Tampere University of Technology, Tampere Finland (2002-2006), Vice Director of the Institute (2004-2006) and as Chair Professor of Regenerative Medicine in the Institute of Science and Technology in Medicine, Keele University, UK (2006-2009) and as Professor and Director of Authority for Research, Science and Technology in Libya (2012-2014). He also served as Adjunct Professor in Experimental Surgery in the Department of Surgery, Oulu University, Oulu, Finland since 2002. He is currently a visiting Professor in the Department of Bioengineering, Engineering School, University of California at Los Angeles, Los Angeles, USA. He has published more than 140 papers and book chapters has been serving as an editorial board member of repute.

Francesco Paduano has completed his Ph.D. from University “Magna Graecia†of Catanzaro, Campus “S. Venutaâ€, Catanzaro, Italy. Currently, he has a researcher position at Tecnologica Research Institute, a private research company in Italy that works in the field of dental stem cells biology and regenerative medicine. He has published more than 34 papers in reputed journals, 3 book chapters and was a co-inventor of a deposited patent (Biopolimeric film for the localized release of bioactive molecules) and has been serving as “Review Editor†of Molecular and Cellular Oncology, a specialty of Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology and Frontiers in Oncology.

Andrew Mearns Spragg is the Co-Founder and CEO of Jellagen Pty Ltd. He has gained a first class honors Degree in Microbiology and a PhD in Marine Biotechnology from Heriot-Watt University, UK. For the past 16 years his career has focused on the creation of companies involved with the commercial exploitation of marine based science and technologies. He has successfully risen over £12.5M in equity finance and has secured competitive grant funding from EU and UK sources worth >£2M. He was the recipient of the 2007 Gannochy Medal from the Royal Society of Edinburgh and his entrepreneurial achievements were recognized through winning the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the year 2008 in Health Care for Scotland. He holds honorary chairs from the University of Stirling and Fellowships from the Royal Society of Chemistry and Biology.

Murugan Ramalingam(Biography)
Dr. Murugan Ramalingam is Professor at the Centre for Biomaterials, Cellular & Molecular Theranostics, VIT University, India. He is also Adjunct Professor at the Tohoku University, Japan and was Associate Professor at the Faculté de Chirurgie Dentaire, Université de Strasbourg, France. He has worked at the WPI Advanced Institute for Materials Research, Japan, as an Assistant Professor. He has also worked at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH), under the U.S. National Academies Associateship program. He received his Ph.D. in Biomaterials from the CSIR-Central Leather Research Institute, University of Madras. He has also undergone training in Ethical and Policy issues on Stem Cells from Harvard University, USA, and in Operations Management from the University of Illinois-Chicago. His current research interests are focused on the development of multiphase biomedical materials, through conventional to nanotechnology to biomimetic approaches, microfabrication and bioprinting, cell patterning, stem cell differentiation, tissue engineering and drug delivery. He is the author of ~300 publications, including 20 textbooks relevant to biomaterials, stem cells, and tissue engineering. His current h-index is 40 with ~9100 citations. He has organized several international conferences and chaired Biomaterials, Nanobiotechnology, Stem Cells and Tissue Engineering sessions. He also serves as a board member of several international scientific and research committees in various public and private bodies and grant reviewer of various international funding agencies. He serves on the editorial boards of multiple biomaterials and tissue engineering-related journals, including the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering and the Journal of Bionanoscience. He is a recipient of several prestigious fellowships and awards, including CSIR Fellowship (India), SMF Fellowship (Singapore), NRC National Academies Fellowship (USA), Nationale Professeur des Universités (France), Fellow of Institute of Nanotechnology (UK) and Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry (UK).
